This Privacy Policy explains how IdeaToRun (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services (the “Service”).

- Information you provide: your email address, the business idea and details you enter, and any messages you send us.
- Payment information: when you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details. We do not store your full card number; we receive limited information such as a customer identifier and subscription status.
- Usage and device information: pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location (derived from IP address), browser and device type, and similar analytics data.
- Cookies and identifiers: we and our partners use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to understand usage and measure advertising. See Section 5.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to: provide and operate the Service; generate the outputs you request; process payments and manage subscriptions; communicate with you (including service and billing messages); measure and improve the Service; run and measure advertising; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who help us run the Service, including:
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
- Stytch — account authentication.
- Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery.
- Meta (Facebook) — advertising measurement and optimization, including via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API (we may share hashed identifiers such as a hashed email for ad matching).
- AI providers — to generate the outputs you request.
We may also share information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety, and in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition).
4. Advertising and Measurement
We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to optimize ad delivery. This may involve sharing hashed identifiers (such as a hashed email address) and event information (such as starting a trial or making a purchase) with Meta. You can manage ad personalization through your Facebook/Meta settings.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described below.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We operate in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
