Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of IdeaToRun (“IdeaToRun,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, applications, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
IdeaToRun provides AI-powered software that helps you plan, build, and run a business — including generating assets such as websites, marketing plans, content, and outreach materials based on the information you provide. The Service is provided for general business and informational purposes. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and you should review any output before relying on it.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your login secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Free Trial, Subscription, and Billing
- Free trial. New subscriptions begin with a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial.
- Recurring subscription. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan of $49 per month (plus any applicable taxes).
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each month, and your payment method is charged $49 on each renewal date until you cancel.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your current trial or billing period ends. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund the current period except as described in Section 5.
- Authorization. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for the amounts above.
- Price changes. We may change pricing and will give you reasonable notice before a change affects you.
5. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your first paid charge and we will refund that charge in full. Outside of this guarantee, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Payments and Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card number. Your use of payment features is also subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy.
7. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate outputs based on your inputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any output. As between you and us, you own the outputs generated for you, subject to these Terms and any third-party rights. You are responsible for ensuring your use of outputs complies with applicable law and does not infringe others’ rights.
8. No Income or Results Guarantee
IdeaToRun is a tool, not a guarantee of success. We do not promise any particular business result, revenue, income, or outcome. Any examples, statistics, or testimonials are illustrative and do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, market conditions, and execution.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by using it for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes; generating content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful; attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or violating others’ rights. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service — including our software, design, and content (excluding outputs generated for you and content you provide) — is owned by IdeaToRun and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdeaToRun and its founders, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you and IdeaToRun submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
